  • Foundations

    The place to master the basics. This is for those new to Pilates, or those who have not accessed specialist teaching, if you have been in a large class and heard pilates terms you arent sure of then this is for you. We teach from the begining and build up.

  • Mixed

    These classes are open to all, however it is beneficial if you have attended the Foundation classes or other Pilates classes before. There will be a general plan to the classes each week which will get progressively more challenging as the terms progress. However due to the small class sizes exercises can always be adapted and tailored to those in the room.

  • 1:1 or 2:1

    For more personalised teaching, or to build up your technique we offer 1:1 or 2:1 sessions. These can be booked at a time to suit you.

How does it work?

We run based on a term time program, with blocks of 6weeks (usually) in line with the local schools. The classes at present run during the school day, to allow mums to have some time for themselves with (hopefully) less struggles for child care.

Payment is upfront for the blocks and these work out at £12 per session, this guarantees your place for that term. The classes are intentionally small, so no more than 5 places are available per session, a wait list will be available should your chosen session be full.

How to book…

Booking is simple, simply EMAIL or CONTACT US with which class you are interested in (or to talk through any queries). You will then be sent a form to complete so we are aware of any health conditions or injuries, this allows suitable exercises and progressions to be adapted to everyone’s needs.
