  • What do I need to bring?

    All the equipment you need for you class is provided. We ask that you wear comfortable clothes that can move with you, clothes you feel comfortable in. It is essentail to wear socks during the class, the mats provided are grippy but most people prefer to wear grip socks. Please also bring a drink of water.

  • Do I need to bring my own mat?

    Mats are provided, however some people will choose to bring their own mat, either due to preference or for extra cushioning, by using this in addition tot he provided mat.

    It is worth noting that slightly thinner mats have been specifically chosen for these classes as they allow for better standing balance and enhanced feedback from the floor.

  • How do I book?

    The first step to booking is to get in contact either via email or the contact us feature, you will then be sent a consent/health form to complete. If there is a space available in your preferred session, you will be sent payment details and the space is then reserved for you.

  • How many people per session?

    We allow up to 6 people, usually 5, in each session. This allows plenty of time for quality teaching and feedback. There is also the option to book 1:1 or 2:1 sessions.

  • Is there parking?

    There is free on street parking on the road, there are some time restrictions however a short distance down the road there are no restrictions.
