All classes are led by Laura, Certified Pilates instructor with nearly 15years experience.

Sessions are tailored to the participants, and all exercises can be modified.

For the remainder of 2026 classes booked on a PAYG bases are £12.50.

Class packages are available each month, these work out at £10 per class, this price is set for the remainder of 2026.

Our most dedicated members will have priority booking for multiple classes per week, all for one monthly fee.

Please get in touch regarding 1:1 or 2:1 bookings as prices vary dependant on location and timings.
