If you’ve mastered the basics, you want more of a challenge to your strength and co-ordination, this class is for you.

Utilising higher level exercises and small equipment to progress your practice.

Options are always provided during classes, and adaptations can be made to make exercises suitable for all.

Our Pregnancy Pilates classes are designed to support you through your pregnancy with safe, gentle, and effective movement. These sessions focus on strengthening the muscles that matter most during pregnancy—your core, pelvic floor, back, and hips—while improving posture, balance, and overall comfort.

Each class is carefully adapted to suit your changing body. Breathing techniques and mindful movement are woven into every session to promote relaxation, reduce stress.

No previous Pilates experience is needed. You’ll be guided through exercises that are safe, supportive, and empowering—helping you feel strong, confident, and connected to your body throughout your pregnancy.
